But consider this: Currently, we waste up to 40% of our food globally. In the United States, this equals roughly 400 pounds annually for every American.

I am an Austinite in love with where I live, but missing the old college hippy town it used to be. Yet still exhilarated by the growth and vibrant cosmopolitan city it has become. I’m an international travel nut, pursuer of awesome food and drink and thoroughly convinced the meaning of life is far more about the collection of experiences we live than the pile of stuff we collect.
